- Practicum - converting classroom theory to real-world applications
- Problem based learning and 21st century skill development
- Practicing of engineering design methodology and cycle
Curriculum
- 3 engineering subjects in 3 weeks: Coding, Structure, Biotech
- Pre-assignments, Daily homework, Reflection paper per subject
- 4th subject: Uncovering Berkeley STEM Disciplines – Lab tours & Researcher speeches

- Rising 8th - 12th graders with STEM interests and problem-solving desire
- Students of any academic major that need programming and knowledge of design process & cycle to solve their problems
